Garrison Law attorneys Amanda DeMatteis, Meaghan Kirby, and Steven Alquesta recently attended the 2026 Annual Convention of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), joining employment attorneys from across the country for programming focused on employee advocacy and developments in employment law.

During the convention, partner Amanda DeMatteis presented on two topics. At Affiliate Day, she spoke on “Growing & Engaging Affiliate & National Membership.” During the main conference, she presented on “Trauma Informed Deposition Practice and Client Preparation.”

NELA brings together attorneys who represent employees in workplace matters, providing opportunities for education, collaboration, and discussion of issues affecting workers and the attorneys who advocate for them.

Garrison Law is proud to have Amanda, Meaghan, and Steven participate in this year’s convention and to support continued engagement within the employee-rights legal community.

You deserve justice. We are here to fight for you.
