Garrison Law is thrilled to welcome our new associate, Attorney Steven R. Alquesta.

Steve joins Garrison Law after a two-year judicial clerkship for the Honorable Kari. A Dooley, United States District Judge, District of Connecticut. Before that, Steve practiced commercial litigation at a large New York City law firm and worked as a prosecutor for the Connecticut Division of Criminal Justice in Stamford.

From 2008 to 2018, Steve served as an infantry officer in the active duty Army, achieving the rank of Captain. He continues to serve part-time as a Major in the Connecticut Army National Guard.

Steve earned his law degree from Columbia Law School, where he was a submissions editor for the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law and president of the Columbia Law School Military Association.
