Nearly 50 years of Garrison Law history, all in one photo!

Current and former Garrison Law partners gathered at the annual Equal Access to Justice Reception to benefit the New Haven Legal Assistance Association (NHLAA), bringing together generations of attorneys who helped shape the firm’s history and future.

Pictured from left to right are: U.S. Magistrate Judge Robert A. Richardson; current partner Steve Fitzgerald; Garrison Law founders and current ‘of counsel’ Joe Garrison and retired Superior Court Judge Jon Silbert, both of whom started their careers at NHLAA; retired U.S. District Judge Janet Bond Arterton; and current partners Josh Goodbaum and Amanda DeMatteis.

Josh Goodbaum, who serves as President of NHLAA’s Board of Directors, delivered welcoming remarks at the reception, celebrating the organization’s mission of expanding access to justice throughout Greater New Haven.

It was a meaningful evening of reconnecting with former colleagues and supporting a cause that reflects Garrison Law’s longstanding commitment to justice.
