Earlier this month, Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzgerald & Pirrotti, P.C. attorneys Joshua Goodbaum and Amanda DeMatteis had the honor of co-moderating a question and answer session with three federal judges.

“Three Views From the Bench: Questions & Answers with Hartford’s Federal Judges” featured Judges Alfred V. Covello, Michael P. Shea, and Donna Martinez who shared insights and anecdotes from their years of presiding over federal employment cases. The three judges have served the District of Connecticut for 26, 5, and 24 years, respectively.

This annual event, which usually featured a Q&A with only one judge, had featured all three in honor of Judge Covello’s 25th year of being on the District Court in 2017.

The presentation was co-sponsored by the Connecticut Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section and the Connecticut Employment Lawyers Association. Partner Joshua Goodbaum is the chair of the CBA Labor & Employment Law Section. Associate Amanda DeMatteis is the president of the CELA.

You deserve justice. We are here to fight for you.
