Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzgerald & Pirrotti, P.C. Partner Joshua Goodbaum and Associate Amanda DeMatteis were recently a part of a Connecticut Bar Association panel discussion entitled “CHRO: How to Bring or Defend an Employment Case” on April 4, 2017, at the CBA Law Center in New Britain, Connecticut.

The program aimed to provide an overview of the relevant law, legal theories, and approaches that are involved in bringing or defending an employment discrimination case before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO). The panel included employment lawyers for both employee-side and management-side.

The panel discussion also featured the most common types of employment-based claims before CHRO and the steps to take in bringing or defending a case that’s not found in the statutes or regulations. The attorneys also provided tips and tricks needed to help win your case.

You deserve justice. We are here to fight for you.
