On Wednesday, April 3, 2024, Garrison Law founding partner Joe Garrison was honored with the Connecticut Bar Association’s Edward F. Hennessey Professionalism Award at this year’s Celebrate With the Stars event.

The annual Hennessey award recognizes and honors one member of the Connecticut Bar Association whose career has shown a dedication to the highest ideals and standards of the legal profession. To be chosen for this incredible lifetime achievement, the recipient must have demonstrated stellar integrity, character, competence, ethics, civility, and mentoring throughout their career, inspiring greater professionalism and pride among lawyers and enhancing the public’s perception of the legal profession.

We at Garrison Law are incredibly proud of and inspired by Joe for upholding the values of employee representation and setting the standard for employment lawyers throughout the state and across the country.

After decades of advocating for employees at the highest level, Joe transitioned in 2024 to focus exclusively on mediation and arbitration. He is now Of Counsel to the Garrison firm.

You deserve justice. We are here to fight for you.
