On Tuesday, February 11, 2025, Garrison Law partner Josh Goodbaum and associate Meaghan Kirby led a webinar entitled “Non-Compete Agreements: Navigating the Ever-Changing Landscape.” The webinar was presented by the Young Lawyers Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.

Meaghan organized and moderated the webinar. The panelists – Josh and attorneys Cindy Cieslak and Zachary Liebnick – discussed the changing landscape of non-competes and other restrictive covenants, focusing on non-compete agreements in Connecticut and beyond, the Federal Trade Commission’s regulatory actions, and the role non-compete agreements play in the workplace.
