On March 27, 2025, our partner Josh Goodbaum spoke at the Advanced Labor & Employment Law Symposium, organized by the Connecticut Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law Section. This annual event covered a wide range of topics, including ethics, NLRB updates, wage and hour, free speech, expert depositions, and labor law updates.

Josh co-presented the lunchtime plenary, entitled “The Annual Labor & Employment Law Update,” which discussed recent significant Federal and Connecticut decisions impacting employment law that Connecticut lawyers need to know.

His fellow presenters were two other distinguished Connecticut employment lawyers: Mary E. Kelly of Livingston, Adler, Pulda, Meiklejohn & Kelly, PC, and John G. Stretton of Ogletree Deakins.

Josh has presented this annual year-in-review – in one form or another – since 2013.

You deserve justice. We are here to fight for you.
