On Thursday, March 26, 2026, our partner Josh Goodbaum presented at the Connecticut Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Section’s 2026 Advanced Labor & Employment Law Symposium. This annual event covered a wide range of topics, including ethical traps for employment lawyers, workplace political expression, discrimination claims, pay equity, mediations and arbitrations, and labor law.

Alongside his fellow panelists, Mary E. Kelly of Livingston, Adler, Pulda, Meiklejohn & Kelly, PC, and John G. Stretton of Ogletree Deakins, Josh presented the lunchtime plenary, “The Annual Labor & Employment Law Update.” This annual year-in-review, which Josh has presented since 2013, discusses the most significant legal developments affecting employment law and the rights of Connecticut employees over the past year.
