Joshua Goodbaum Elected as Chair of CBA’s Labor & Employment Law Section

Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzgerald & Pirrotti, P.C. Partner Joshua Goodbaum has been elected as the Chair to the Labor & Employment Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.

The Labor & Employment Law Section is comprised of more than 650 attorneys who represent individuals, unions, employers, and agencies or serve as neutrals. The Section’s functions include studying legal principles of significance to labor or employment law; provide leadership on matters of public importance affecting labor or employment law; education; promoting diversity within the labor and employment Bar; fostering relationships among the state practitioners.

Goodbaum also serves on the Executive Committee of the CBA’s Federal Practice Section and is a member of the Connecticut Employment Lawyers Association. He was recognized by the Connecticut Law Tribune as one of its 2015 “New Leaders of the Law,” and has been a Connecticut Super Lawyer Rising Star since 2015.
