Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzgerald & Pirrotti, P.C. Partner Joshua Goodbaum was featured in a November 30 article in the Connecticut Law Tribune providing tips to employment lawyers in the age of COVID-19 litigation. You can read the full piece here.

Josh urges Connecticut employment law attorneys who represent employees to “interrogate why some people have been included in mass layoffs and other people haven’t. One thing you might find is that people who are perceived to be more susceptible to COVID have been selected for layoffs, as have people for whom health care costs are generally higher, like older people and people with disabilities.”

Josh has written extensively about employee rights and discrimination on our Employee Rights Blog, including answering many of the COVID-related questions that Connecticut employees are likely asking themselves during this unsettling time.
