The Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA) recently appointed Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzgerald & Pirrotti, P.C. Partner Josh Goodbaum as Chair of its Employment Law Committee. The CTLA is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to creating and maintaining a more just society by preserving individual rights within the justice system. With over 1,000 members, the CTLA protects the rights of plaintiffs – including employees – who are injured through no fault of their own. The CTLA Employment Committee strives to educate the public on significant issues relating to employee rights and provides additional networking opportunities for the employment and trial bars.
