Joe Garrison Publishes on the Restatement of Employment Law

Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzgerald & Pirrotti founding partner, Joe Garrison, authored an article in the May 2016 issue of Judicature, a scholarly journal for judges published by the Duke Law Center for Judicial Studies. Joe’s article concerns the recently-promulgated Restatement of Employment Law, a 550-page comprehensive treatment of the field of employment law.

Joe is a member of the American Law Institute, the invitation-only organization of scholars and lawyers that publishes Restatements. He was also the liaison of the National Employment Lawyers Association to the ALI for the Restatement and a member of the Members Consultative Group for the Restatement.
