Partner Joe Garrison Selected as Honoree for NELA’s 2022 Gala Awards Celebration

The National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) recently announced that it has selected Joseph Garrison, partner and founder of Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzgerald & Pirrotti, P.C., as an honoree at the 2022 NELA Gala Awards Celebration, which will take place on Saturday, July 2, 2022. Joe has spent decades protecting the rights of employees in Connecticut and around the country.

As NELA explained in its announcement, “It is impossible to overstate the significance of the contributions Joe Garrison has made to NELA and the field of plaintiffs’ employment law throughout his career.” These contributions include serving for 15 years on NELA’s Board, including three years as President. Joe remains NELA’s representative to the Federal Rules Advisory Committee, which is responsible for revising the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

In his storied career, Joe has received virtually every award and honor available to a trial lawyer, including from Connecticut Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, the American College of Trial Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, of which he was a Charter Fellow.
