On Wednesday, February 15th, Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzgerald & Pirrotti, P.C. Partner Josh Goodbaum will serve as a panelist at the Quinnipiac University School of Law for its Health Law Journal’s annual symposium.
The symposium – entitled “The New Age in Medicine: Cognitive Testing of Doctors Age 65 and Over – Necessary or Discriminatory?” – will consider the contested legal status of mandatory cognitive testing for older physicians.
