Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzgerald & Pirrotti, P.C. Partner Nina Pirrotti obtained a $1 million sexual harassment settlement against a major Connecticut employer on behalf of a client who was sexually assaulted and harassed by another employee.
Consistent with Ms. Pirrotti and her client’s goal to ensure that the resolution not only fairly compensated the client but also provided greater protection for anyone who is sexually harassed in the workplace, the settlement included the employer’s commitment to revamping its sexual harassment training, investigation and response to those who report it.
