Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzgerald & Pirrotti, P.C. Partner Nina Pirrotti spoke on a panel at the Practising Law Institute’s program “Psychological Issues in the Workplace 2022” on October 25th, 2022.

“Psychological Issues in the Workplace 2022” discussed the challenges employment law issues that employees face in today’s workplace in the wake of remote and hybrid work. Nina’s panel was called “A Rapidly Evolving Workplace: New Claims and New Themes.” Her presentation focused on sexual harassment both delivered remotely and in the brick-and-mortar workplace, as well as electronic monitoring of employees in the remote and hybrid workplace. Other speakers in Nina’s panel included Jonathan Ben-Asher, Dawn M. Hughes, Ph.D., ABPP, and Diane I. Smason, in addition to panel lead, Lisa Lupion.
