Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzgerald & Pirrotti, P.C. Partner Nina Pirrotti is set to speak on a panel for the Practising Law Institute (PLI) program, Psychological Issues in the Workplace 2021, on October 26. The event will take place in New York City and via a live webcast.

This PLI program is set to discuss the new legal and psychological challenges employees have faced in the workplace during the pandemic. Some of the topics in this program will include the impact the pandemic has had on discrimination, retaliation, and safety in the workplace and how employees’ mental health has been affected by this. Nina’s panel, A Profoundly Changed Workplace: New Claims and New Themes, will discuss various aspects of employment law related to the pandemic.
