As it appeared in the Connecticut Employment Law Blog

One of my most popular segments on this blog has been the ongoing “dialogue” between Nina Pirrotti, an employee-side employment law attorney that we do from time to time. Nina is a partner at Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzegerald & Pirrotti, P.C. based on New Haven and is a member of the Executive Board of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA).

I asked Nina back again to talk about some the hottest issues going on right now including: CEOs behaving badly (still), the NLRB’s recent decision on confidentiality and non-disparagement provisions, and pay transparency laws. We also talk about what we’re expecting over the few months.

I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed talking with Nina. My thanks as always for her participation.

You deserve justice. We are here to fight for you.
