In addition, Josh was named a Best Lawyer in the category of Employment Law – Individuals.

Amanda DeMatteis was named the 2025 New Haven “Lawyer of the Year” for Employment Law – Individuals. Amanda was also recognized as a Best Lawyer for her work in the categories of Litigation – Labor and Employment; Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs; and Workers’ Compensation Law – Claimants.

Our other partners earned recognition for their work in the following categories:

Nina Pirrotti: Employment Law – Individuals; and Litigation – Labor and Employment

In addition, counsel Betsy Ingraham was recognized by Best Lawyers® for her work in the practice areas of Litigation – Insurance; and Personal Injury Litigation.

Best Lawyers® is one of the oldest and most respected peer-review publications in the legal profession, recognizing the top 5 percent of lawyers in America. Since 1983, selection for Best Lawyers® has been widely regarded by both clients and legal professionals as a significant honor. Unlike many other recognitions, this distinction cannot be bought.

You deserve justice. We are here to fight for you.
