Nina Pirrotti Speaks at the ACI National Plaintiffs’ Summit

On February 23, 2026, our partner Nina Pirrotti spoke at the American Conference Institute’s inaugural National Plaintiffs’ Summit: Sexual Harassment & Employment Discrimination at Eden Roc Miami Beach in Miami, FL. This two-day conference is the premier event for plaintiff attorneys focused on strengthening advocacy in sexual harassment, discrimination, and employment law cases.

Nina’s presentation, entitled “Pre-Suit Settlement Negotiation Strategies: Maximizing Leverage Before Filing,” covered how to craft persuasive narratives before filing, decide what evidence to disclose, and deploy experts and investigations to strengthen leverage. The discussion was moderated by Steven Fingerhut of Phillips & Associates, and included co-speakers Max Barack of Garfinkel Group, LLC, and Matthew J. Singer of Matt Singer Law, LLC.

Nina also spoke in a Townhall setting where conference attendees could ask Nina and fellow speakers, Christina Cheung of Allred, Maroko & Goldberg and Amanda Farahany of Barrett & Farahany, questions.
