Garrison, Levin-Epstein, Fitzgerald & Pirrotti, P.C Partner Nina Pirrotti presented in a panel at the CBIA Employment Law Conference in Farmington, Connecticut, on November 3, 2022.

The CBIA Employment Law Conference discussed some of the most challenging workplace issues impacting management and HR personnel today. Nina’s panel, “Prevent Liability Before the Lawsuit: Perspectives from Plaintiffs’ Counsel”, gave the perspective of plaintiffs’ attorneys to help employers understand how they can prevent lawsuits. This panel showed the steps employers can take to minimize the risk of lawsuits and discuss the increase in claims of discrimination and sexual harassment in workplaces.
