Partners Joseph Garrison and Joshua Goodbaum once again have contributed a chapter in The Comprehensive Guide to Economic Damages, edited by Nancy J. Fannon and Jonathan Dunitz, Esq. The chapter written by Garrison and Goodbaum discusses the damages available in common-law employment damages cases.

Now in its fifth edition, the treatise provides information on the gap between economic damages and what the courts say about the calculations and evidentiary requirements. The treatise is a resource for financial experts and attorneys seeking guidance on damage calculations and is available for purchase from Business Valuation Resources.
